Students from The Culinary Arts Academy will be working alongside Tuddenham Mill’s Chef de patron Lee Bye and his team for a special gala dinner being held at Edmunds Restaurant, West Suffolk College
They will work alongside Tuddenham Mill’s award-winning chefs on Wednesday 18th April 2018 to get a first-hand experience of running a dinner service.
Prior to the event Tuddenham Mill’s Chef Patron, Lee Bye and his team will visit West Suffolk College and over a series of sessions will teach Level 1 students how to prepare and cook all the dishes, which then will be served to diners in Edmunds Restaurant. Students previously worked on an event at Tuddenham Mill, a huge success and we’re looking forward to welcoming the Tuddenhham Mill team to Edmunds.
